We worked with both Blake Owen and his assistant Suzanne Thomas, they walked and talked us thru the entire sale and its documents to the closing. Every question and concern that we had along the way was answered. Blake has a great team and we will gladly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home or find a new home for them.

Suzy Thomas in Blake Owen’s office was professional, personable and knowledgeable in locating a condominium for me. Blake was extremely helpful in negotiating the contract and obtaining the necessary inspections, etc., to ensure the terms of the contract were met. I definitely recommend these two individuals should anyone be in the market for buying or selling in the North Naples area.

We got Blake's name through a mutual friend. I cannot believe how lucky we were to have him as our realtor. He listened to our concerns, shared his thoughts on the market, and guided us through a very emotional process of selling the home I raised my kids in. Above and beyond his knowledge of the Naples real estate market and extensive marketing efforts to get he house sold, he was reassuring and kind and genuine from the start. He worked with agents to try to find creative solutions to the differences in what they buyers were offering and what we wanted. Because of our unique situation where we needed the money from the sale in order to purchase th...

Blake did a great job. He was thorough, timely, and informed. He showed us a variety of houses to give us sense of the variety of choices and the “expectations” of hopeful sellers and their ambitious pricing. This approach allowed us to identify houses that both met our layout wish list and were a good deal for the price. Couldn’t be happier!
